NTW did add alot of new features but alot of them are pointless. Navies are also rather pointless in the campagin. But the tech tree is pretty much worthless, there is less factions and the main campagin is either you fighting napoleon or being him. Napoleon looks better, runs better, has alot less glitches. More factions, a much better tech tree, more factions and they all play differently in the campagin, bigger campagin map, and overall better battle mechanics (NTW looks ALOT nicer though).
